You Already Know How You Feel

Lost, uncertain, frightened, questioning, angry or just fed up.

This is exactly where you find out why.

I have created 25 Journal Prompts that will help you uncover more about yourself. Discover hidden passions and make sense of beliefs that have stopped you in the past.

Prompts for women whose lives are going through through divorce, redundancy, empty nest, menopause, illness or loss.

Nobody expects to become a stranger in their own life.

It just happens. Carrying it alone. Performing for everyone else. Telling yourself you'll deal with it later. Later never comes, unless you make it come.

Divorce

The life you built together doesn't come with a manual for after.

Redundancy

You gave your work years of yourself. It didn't ask before it ended.

Empty Nest

The house went quiet. So did the version of you that ran it.

Illness & Loss

A diagnosis or a death doesn't ask if you're ready to become someone else.

What you'll learn from this free guide:

"Thank you Lisa for the session. It was very inspiring and a lovely little group thank you!

I've put together 25 journal prompts to help you be honest with yourself about where you actually are, and start rebuilding from there.

These prompts are not meant to feel easy, they have been created to challenge the mind.

You'll Stop Coping, and Start Rebuilding

Getting through the day isn't the same as building a life. The prompts help you name what's actually changed, so you can stop managing the fallout and start putting yourself back together on purpose.

You'll Get Clear on What's Yours and What Was Never Yours

You've spent years shaped by other people's expectations, a marriage, a job, a role you didn't choose to lose. These prompts strip that back. No guilt, no second-guessing, just a plain look at what you actually want now that the choice has been forced on you.

You'll Stop Performing and Start Speaking Plainly

No more managing everyone else's comfort with your loss. These prompts push past the version of you that's still explaining and justifying, and get to what you actually think.

You'll Meet the Person Who Was There All Along

Underneath the roles and the responsibilities, you're still there. This is about finding what's been buried under everything you've had to carry, and understanding what you're capable of, given everything you've already survived.

Why I use journaling every day....

Journaling isn't just about recording the daily grind or happenings, it’s a whole lot deeper than that.

It is like having your very own personal thinking space, a quiet zone just for you, with no one else around, for your eyes only. Here you can dissect challenges that you are having or had and make decisions and changes without worrying about what others opinions.

Too often we limit our ideas and our thinking because of others’ views, or judgement. Your journal is your safe place to explore and experiment, you are the author, free to be creative and limitless.

This practice can also be a treasure trove of self-discovery. Through journaling, you can uncover valuable insights that guide you toward your goals, you may identify areas where you have never thought you could go, because you have been limited by yourself, your environment the people around you.

Remember, we often really do know the answer, but sometimes we just bury it, struggling with confidence, self-belief, or even imposter syndrome

I find that journaling helps me identify recurring patterns in my mindset and language. Reading back over what I’ve written often provides an insight into why I might be struggling or feeling limited. I notice a negative slant in my thoughts or language, this awareness helps me change my actions and language.

I recognise those moments of self-doubt and transform and remold them into opportunities for growth and positivity.

Journaling acts as a stress and anxiety buster. Pouring your worries onto the pages of your journal releases their grip and control on your mind.

It's a powerful tool that can transform your life. Sign up and start unlocking your potential today!
